Refund policy

At Crockpotter, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your kitchen appliance purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

• Return Conditions: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and include all original accessories and manuals.

• How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us at margerynicholson16@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

• Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a product defect or damage upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
