Return Conditions: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and include all original accessories and manuals.

How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us at margerynicholson16@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a product defect or damage upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
